Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and DailySkillAI ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of dailyskillai.ai and all related services, features, and content (the "Services").

By creating an account, using the free plan, subscribing to Premium, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The service

DailySkillAI is an AI-powered micro-learning platform delivering five-minute daily practice sessions in Excel, workplace communication (English, Spanish, German, Arabic), interview preparation, and other skills as we expand. The platform includes quick practice lessons, workplace scenarios, voice-enabled language exercises, and mock interview coaching.

We also partner with NextRise Recruitment to help users find career opportunities. See Section 8 for details.

We reserve the right to modify, update, add to, or discontinue any feature, skill track, or aspect of the Services at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect your use.

Eligibility and accounts

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use DailySkillAI. Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Services, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Registration

Most features require an account created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@dailyskillai.ai.

One account per person

Accounts are for individual use. You may not share login credentials or allow others to access your account to circumvent per-user pricing.

Free and Premium plans

After the free-access period ends, Premium access is required to continue learning. The free period does not automatically create a paid subscription or charge you.

We reserve the right to change features available on the Free plan at any time with reasonable notice. Existing Premium subscribers will receive 30 days' notice before any material reduction in Premium features.

Payments, billing and refunds

Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or annually depending on your selection. Payment is processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal). By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' email notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not agree.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain Premium access until the period you have paid for ends. No partial refunds are given for unused time mid-period.

Refund policy

First-time Premium subscribers are entitled to a full refund if requested within 7 days of the first payment. Email hello@dailyskillai.ai with your registered email and transaction reference. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Failed payments

If payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you. Unresolved payment failure may result in your account being downgraded to the Free plan.

Taxes

All prices displayed on DailySkillAI are inclusive of any applicable taxes. The tax component varies by your country of residence — for example, Indian subscribers' payments include GST at the prevailing rate. No additional tax will be added at checkout beyond the price shown. A tax-compliant invoice detailing any applicable tax component is available on request by emailing hello@dailyskillai.ai.

Acceptable use

You agree to use DailySkillAI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access, extract, or collect content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Services
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content without written permission
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the Services to generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Circumvent subscription restrictions to access Premium features on a Free account
• Share your account to allow multiple users to avoid per-user pricing

We may investigate violations and take action including account suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement.

AI-generated content — important disclaimer

By using the Services you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI content may be inaccurate. Lessons and feedback are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Always verify important information from authoritative or professional sources.
• Not professional advice. Nothing on DailySkillAI constitutes professional financial, legal, medical, psychological, HR, or career advice. The Personal Finance track is general education only — not a substitute for a qualified financial adviser. Interview coaching is practice support — not a guarantee of any employment outcome.
• No guaranteed results. We make no representation that using DailySkillAI will result in any specific learning outcome, salary increase, career advancement, or job offer.
• Language content. AI-generated language lessons may contain imperfect translations or non-standard usage. Supplement with native speaker input for high-stakes communication.
• Your responsibility. Any decision you make based on content from DailySkillAI is made at your own risk.

NextRise partnership

DailySkillAI partners with NextRise Recruitment (nextriserecruitment.com) to help users find career opportunities that match their skills profile. If you choose to engage with NextRise features within DailySkillAI:

• You are voluntarily sharing your skills and readiness data with NextRise for the purpose of job matching
• NextRise's own privacy policy and terms apply to how they handle your data
• DailySkillAI is not responsible for the recruitment process, job outcomes, or any representations made by NextRise or employers
• Engagement with NextRise is entirely optional and at your discretion

Intellectual property

The Services — including the website, application, design, code, curriculum structures, lesson frameworks, branding, and AI-generated content — are owned by or licensed to DailySkillAI and protected by intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own non-commercial learning. This does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content commercially
• Create derivative works from our content or platform
• Use our name, logo, or branding without written permission
• Resell or sublicense access to the Services

Completion badges and certificates are issued for personal use. You may share them on LinkedIn and professional platforms. You may not alter, forge, or misrepresent them.

Your content

You retain ownership of any responses, answers, or other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to provide you with AI feedback and improve your learning experience. We do not claim ownership of your User Content and do not use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Third-party services

DailySkillAI integrates with Google Sign-In, OpenAI's AI models, payment processors, and hosting providers. These services have their own terms and privacy policies which govern their handling of your data. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or practices.

In particular, OpenAI's API processing is subject to the OpenAI Services Agreement.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

These limits apply regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DailySkillAI harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit through the Services.

Termination

By you

You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@dailyskillai.ai. Section 5 cancellation terms apply to paid subscriptions.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required by law. If we discontinue the Services entirely, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

Effect

On termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Sections 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, and 16 survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at hello@dailyskillai.ai and attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will respond within 14 days and make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute before either party pursues formal action.

For users in the UAE or other jurisdictions, we will make reasonable efforts to cooperate with applicable local legal processes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services before the effective date.
